In this respect, the seller collects, stores and processes only data provided by the user for the purpose of ordering goods. The seller uses the user's data without the user's separate consent exclusively for the fulfilment and processing of the order.
- Once the contract has been fully processed and the purchase price has been paid in full, the user's data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, unless the user has expressly consented to the further use of their data.
- The user can object to both the storage and the use of his data, which is logged by the seller in accordance with the legal requirements, at any time with effect for the future, whereby the objection is also logged accordingly. Customer account
When you open a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The purpose of data processing is to improve your shopping experience and simplify order processing. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent until revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.
Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for contract processing. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the supplier of the goods to deliver the goods.
(2) Without your express consent or without a legal basis, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside the contract processing. Once the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use. Collection, processing and use of personal data for orders
When you place an order, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil and process your order and to process your inquiries. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide the data means that no contract can be concluded. The processing is carried out based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners that we need to process the contractual relationship or service providers that we use as part of order processing. Data collection and processing for credit checks
If we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of payment on account or direct debit, we reserve the right to obtain creditworthiness information based on mathematical-statistical procedures using CREDITREFORM, if necessary. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to CREDITREFORM and use the information received on the statistical probability of a payment default for a balanced decision on the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship. The credit report may contain probability values (score values) that are calculated based on scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedures and whose calculation includes address data, among other things. Your legitimate interests are considered in accordance with the statutory provisions. The data processing serves the purpose of a credit check for the initiation of a contract. The processing is carried out based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for the legitimate interest in protection against non-payment if we make advance payments. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract with the payment method you have requested. Failure to provide the data means that the contract cannot be concluded with the payment method you have selected.

Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking
We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” on our website and in this context conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Use of YouTube

Duration of storage
