Professional commissioning by DINO technicians.

Take advantage of our professional commissioning service for your new electric steam generator, carried out by our DINO technicians.

Commissioning is a decisive step after the installation of a new electric steam generator. It ensures the unit functions properly, operates efficiently and meets all safety requirements. Commissioning carried out by professionals can extend the service life of your steam generator and maximise its operating efficiency.

Why proper commissioning matters

An electric steam generator is a safety-relevant unit. A documented initial commissioning by our technicians ensures three things: compliance with the relevant safety and pressure equipment requirements, an efficient operating point from day one, and a solid basis for later maintenance, inspections and warranty cases.

Requirements on site

So that commissioning can proceed quickly and without additional site visits, the following connections should be completed and ready for operation on your side:

  • · Electrical connection in accordance with the nameplate, fused, and with a functioning emergency stop concept.
  • · Fresh water supply with shut-off valve, pre-treated if required (water treatment).
  • · Steam line installed, insulated and routed to the consumers.
  • · Safety valve line routed to the outside without pressure.
  • · Blowdown and drainage line routed, pressure-resistant, to a suitable drain or flash vessel.

Our team is happy to provide advisory support during the planning phase for connecting your electric steam generator.

Our commissioning package

Our commissioning package includes a range of services designed to get your new steam generator up and running optimally. These include:

  1. 01

    Installation check

Our technicians check the correct installation of the steam generator, including the electrical connections, water supply, and the blowdown and steam lines.

  2. 02

    System tests

Before initial operation, we carry out comprehensive tests to make sure all components function correctly. This includes, among other things, checking the control systems and safety valves.

  3. 03

    Settings and calibration

We make the necessary settings to adapt the steam generator to your operation's specific requirements. This can include setting the pressure and other operation-relevant parameters.

  4. 04

    Operator training

Effective operation and maintenance of your equipment is essential. As part of commissioning, our technicians train your operating staff where needed, to ensure they are familiar with the functions and handling of the steam generator.
