At DINO, employees from various departments work closely together to develop, manufacture and deliver electric steam generators worldwide. Each department contributes its expertise to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions for our customers across a wide range of industries, such as food production, pharmaceuticals, research and healthcare.

Design and Development
Design and development is where the technical foundations of our steam generators and systems are created. This includes developing assemblies, creating technical drawings and translating individual customer requirements into functional solutions. Our colleagues in this department work closely with production, electrical engineering and sales, supporting projects from the first idea through to the finished system.

Electrical Engineering and Control Cabinet Construction
Electrical engineering ensures that our steam generators can be operated safely, reliably and efficiently. This includes building circuit diagrams, wiring the systems, programming and integrating control systems, and testing electrical components. This department combines hands-on craftsmanship with technical understanding and modern control technology.

Welding
Welding is where the core components of our steam generators are made. Precise craftsmanship is essential here, as welded components must permanently withstand high demands on pressure, temperature and safety. Our boiler welders work on demanding assemblies and make a significant contribution to the reliability and durability of our systems.

Production and Assembly
In production, individual components come together to form complete steam generators. This includes mechanical assembly work, pipework, sheet metal processing and final assembly of the units. Our employees in this department work precisely and with a solution-oriented approach, contributing significantly to the quality of our products.

Service and Commissioning
Our service team supports the systems even after production. This includes maintenance, repairs, inspections, commissioning and technical support at the customer's site. Employees in service work hands-on, varied roles with direct contact to our customers in Germany and abroad.

Sales and Project Management
In sales and project management, customer inquiries are handled, technical solutions are developed and quotations are prepared. Once an order is received, the project is coordinated and accompanied through to delivery together with the technical departments. This department combines technical understanding with communication, organisation and customer focus.

Administration and Organisation
Many important processes also come together behind the scenes. Administration coordinates purchasing, order processing, accounting, HR matters and organisational tasks. This department ensures that our internal processes run smoothly and that our projects are delivered reliably.

We also offer internship placements for the preliminary internship required of prospective mechanical engineering students. During the internship, our interns gain comprehensive insight into the various fields of work within a mechanical engineering company. They get to know different departments, work in production and assembly, and gain a better understanding of how technical products are created — from planning through to the finished system.
The internship is particularly suitable for anyone who wants to gain practical experience and a realistic impression of mechanical engineering before starting their studies. At DINO, the focus is not just on observing, but on actively contributing to real tasks within the company.
