Service Technician (m/f/d) – focus on electrical engineering

We develop and manufacture electric steam generators for industrial applications – with a particular focus on clean steam, process reliability and energy efficiency. Our customers come from sectors such as the food industry, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. To strengthen our team we are looking for a committed Service Technician (m/f/d) to commission and maintain our systems at the customer’s site.

Your responsibilities

• Commissioning of our electric steam generators at the customer’s site
• Maintenance and servicing of new and existing systems – including our rental units
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on electrical components and control systems
• Advising customers on technical queries and optimising the systems
• Documentation of your assignments and reporting back to the project team

What we expect

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (German “Ausbildung”), e.g. as an Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (electronics technician for industrial engineering), Mechatroniker (mechatronics technician) or comparable
• Experience in service or in the commissioning of machinery or systems is an advantage
• Confident handling of circuit diagrams, measuring instruments and electrical equipment
• Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally Europe
• Confident, structured way of working and a friendly manner with customers
• Category B driving licence
